At Body & Breath Yoga Centre, we offer new mums a wonderful
opportunity to enjoy the company of other mothers and babies. At the
same time get back into shape with Post Natal Exercises. Focusing on
abdominal & pelvic floor toning. Our classes are relaxed and
supportive, mums can feel free to care for their babies needs at
anytime. We consistently interact with our babies, providing
entertainment and bonding ensuring that mums feel energised and relaxed
after our classes.

We recommend starting
these classes from:
6 weeks after a Natural Birth
8 – 12 weeks after a Ceasarean Delivery
Continuing until the baby is actively crawling.
5 Week Course - $60
Casual class - $14
